I HIGHLY recommend getting a shepherd from Onji. She has great costumer service, knows so much about the breed, and will give you advice when you need it! Not only is she awesome to work with but her dogs are amazing quality!!! My boy Kaizer has a very sound temperament, he’s calm yet eager to learn. Never had a puppy like him, he’s the best! Not only is his temperament great but look at him!! If you’re considering getting a shepherd from her then do it, you won’t regret it.

Onji is a very educated and caring woman who is dedicated to offering the best puppies possible! She brings in new stock from overseas and makes absolutely sure of the genetics of the parents before allowing a breeding! From there all pups have one on one contact with a loving and dedicated owner to allow the puppies to be the absolute best they can be BEFORE you take those little bundles of love home!! Onji was prompt on responses and answering all my questions! She is knowledgable, professional, and also has wonderful dogs. She was honest and gave us updates every step of the way. I had struggled to find the perfect long coated shepherd breeder and I came across Nuckols Canines. Onji was so quick at responding and went over all the personality traits of my baby Roxy. She really went over everything and I felt less stressed about the experience because of her. Onji was so readily available and when I picked Roxy up I knew she would be the sassy but lovable best friend I needed. Roxy is a gorgeous pup and you can tell a lot of attention was given to her as she grew up. She also came with her three rounds of vaccines which was a huge distinction from other breeders! Rox is adjusting well to the city life and immediately bonded to me. She already loves and protects her mama! I am so happy I came across Nuckols Canines! 💕🐶

I found Onji on the AKC website. The litter (oreo x kali) I got my puppy from is of high quality. I’m not very familiar with pedigrees but my dog trainer, who loves training GSDs, said his pedigree is high quality. She also worked with me on transporting my puppy to me from TX to NYC, which I was struggling to figure out. My puppy is very confident and a social butterfly. Aside from typical puppy behavior that we all love lol, he’s a very well tempered puppy and learns so fast. He’s also so beautiful! Everyone in NYC stops in their tracks to play with him. Couldn’t have asked for a better puppy as a first time owner. I recommend Nuckols Canines!
